After a driver accepts, view their trip details and follow booking updates.
3. Complete and pay
Start and close with trip codes and odometer readings. Pay the driver in cash at the end.

The app calculates the actual quote for your route and package. Customers pay ride fares in cash to the driver; Cashfree is used for driver onboarding and platform-dues payments.
Local one-way
From ₹179
₹179–₹559 distance slabs through 40 km, then ₹12/km beyond 40 km.
Local hourly
From ₹149
1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 hour packages. Extra distance ₹10/km; overtime ₹2/minute.
Outstation one-way
From ₹1,270
Distance packages through 500 km; round-trip packages from ₹1,333/day, with disclosed odometer extras.
Night surcharge
₹200 per eligible trip
One flat ₹200 surcharge applies once when the scheduled pickup is between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. It is not an hourly charge and appears in the quote.

Whose car does the driver use?
The service provides a professional driver for the customer’s own car.
How do I pay for my ride?
Customer ride fares are paid in cash directly to the driver after the trip.
Are all outstation trips fixed-price?
Outstation one-way bands are available through 500 km; outstation round trips use day packages through 11 days.
How do drivers start working?
Drivers submit their details and required documents, pay the one-time ₹500 onboarding fee + 5% GST (₹525 total by default) through Cashfree, and wait for Admin verification. If DrivX rejects an application, the fee is refundable to the original payment method.
How do drivers pay platform dues?
Applicable platform commission and other dues appear in the driver account. Drivers can review and pay outstanding dues through Cashfree. The payment is recorded after gateway confirmation.
