Delete your DrivX account

You can ask DrivX to delete your customer account and associated personal information. This page explains how to submit the request and what records may need to be retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Email customersupport@drivx.in with the subject DrivX customer account deletion request.
  2. Include the mobile number registered to your DrivX account. If you cannot access that number, explain this in your email.
  3. DrivX support will verify account ownership and may ask for additional information before processing the request.

What happens to your information

After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify personal account information that we do not need to retain. We may keep limited booking, payment-reference, safety, dispute or audit records when required by law or needed for legitimate payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or dispute handling. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and deleted or de-identified when retention is no longer required.

Need your account to be found? Include your registered phone number in the request. Do not send an OTP, password, or full payment-card details.
